Success conscious people always think about their long-term goals. Even their sleep consciousness and subconscious is driven by their goal or higher purpose. spiritual conscious people attain the highest level of spiritual wisdom and bliss and their thoughts are always roaming around the oneness (I am that )neither matter nor energy can change their wholesomeness. Everyone born with a purpose and constantly searching for answers outwardly and once they start searching inwardly everything comes to them as a distraction, the more we focus and more we travel inward most of the negative emotions will be submissive such as greed anger jealousy and grief but lust alone become more powerful and your lust takes away all the spiritual energy you acquired by your long term practice and many people struggle with emotional draining of energy because they are unable to transform the energy into creativity and of course no school teaches about it and the one who teach it as a sin and fill the soul with guilty consciousness .
To Transforming sexual energy to creative energy:
Stop having sex in the mind.
Each time when your brain sends a message of sexual emotion to feel the energy and think it as creative sparkle and think of your higher purpose you set in your life. if you are still under peer pressure consume the excess energy into a walk
Breathe — exhale and hold the breath when the oxygen pumped to you being consumed the drive slows down.
Transform seduction into intuition
Install a conversion software in your brain .in modern business strategy “sex sells” or boost up the sales volume. every product advertised is through sexism so it always provokes your Amygdala (spot in the brain which activate sexual drive) watch less, control your visual pleasure follow the advice of Jesus ‘And if your eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell ‘ Matthew 18:9
if your eyes cause you sexual drive pull it away from the object seduction and transform that energy into creative energy rather than fall away from your higher purpose by being played by the sheer lust.
Do some pranayama or Conscious breathing.
Breathing consciously effects directly on the parasympathetic nerves system it brings down all your emotional stimulations and calms down it helps you to stores your energy and analysing it in the ultimate purpose in life.
